No more back pain!

Christopher came in with a history of 3 years of chronic back pain. His main findings were lumbar joint hyper mobility (loose joints) and weakness from sciatic nerve irritation. His pain ranged from 2/10 to 10/10 and his self-reported disability was at 72% limitation. On his last visit, he had no pain and 0% self-reported disability. Christopher worked very hard in physical therapy and did a great job incorporating proper body mechanics and posture.
It was a real pleasure working with him.
