James Goodwin PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist

James attended Syracuse University as a Division 1 student-athlete and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science. After pursuing soccer professionally in Norway, he received his Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Mount Washington College. James went on to work as a PTA for several years in the sports outpatient setting before receiving a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2023.

He is experienced in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, functional exercise, and has a passion for helping people move better and feel better. In addition to his clinical experience, James has over 15 years of coaching experience at all levels including high school, collegiate and MLS NEXT Academy (former US Soccer Development Academy) – top tier of youth soccer in the United States.

Outside the clinic, James enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, building patios and spending time with family.

  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization / Cupping
