Lisa Mulligan, PT, DPT graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in December 2011. Her career started out in pediatrics as a preschool physical therapist in a Massachusetts public school, where she treated a diverse group of children in their school environment.
While living in Boston, Lisa worked with student athletes and specialized in treating dancers of all types. She collaborated with many Boston dance schools to create injury prevention programs for their competitive dancers before moving to New Hampshire.
Lisa uses yoga and pilates-based principles in her treatment, having done research and laboratory studies on muscular performance during specific yoga poses. She has trained in the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute, the Graston Technique, Myofascial release, and pelvic health and Obstetric PT.
Lisa lives in Manchester with her husband, Mike, and her 2 girls, Chloe and Phoebe.
