Take 93 S to 293 S / Everett Turnpike toward Manchester /
Nashua. Take the US-3 exit, exit 4 toward RT-114A / Queen
City Ave / RT-3A / Second St. Take the US-3 S ramp toward
Beford. Turn left onto Second Street and continue to follow
for .4 miles. Turn slight left onto South River Road for .3
miles. Turn right onto Palomino Lane. Advanced Injury Treatment
Center is located at 82 Palomino Lane, Suite 501.
From the South
Take 93 N to NH-101 W. Take the US-3 N exit toward Manchester.
